Founder, Elevation Works Consulting
Dee Frazier is an award-winning HR strategist and DEI leader with over a decade of experience building inclusive, people-centered workplaces. From supporting 260+ employees in high-impact roles at one of the world's leading Engineering, Construction, and Project Management companies to driving a 35% increase in LGBTQIA+ engagement as a global BRG Chair, Dee knows how to turn strategy into lasting culture change.
She holds certifications in inclusive leadership, HR compliance, and women’s leadership, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership, Equity, and Inquiry. A dynamic speaker and trusted advisor, Dee blends research, real-world experience, and deep empathy to help teams thrive.
Inspired by Dr. Maya Angelou’s Still I Rise and the belief instilled in her by her late aunt, Elevation Works was born from a mission to help others rise—through strategy, equity, and heart.
